Smartphone Viewfinder

These cameras are designed to use a smartphone as the viewfinder. With a phone that has a wide-angle lens and an installed viewfinder app, you can compose the view, take an exposure reading on the phone and record a reference image at the same time. The viewfinder is the most important interface between the photographer and the subject. The large and bright screen of a smartphone shows the image crisply and clearly, letting you work even in dim lighting with perfect results.

These cameras are made using HP’s MJF process

This industrial 3D printing technology makes it possible to produce camera bodies that would be too costly to produce using traditional manufacturing methods.

Helical focusing mount lens setup

The lens mount incorporates an adjustable focus scale ring so it can be positioned for critical focus. To set up for your lens, focus on infinity with the supplied focus screen and then rotate the scale ring until it aligns with the infinity mark on the focusing ring. There are small grub screws to lock it in position.

Film Back

The back has a port to view the frame numbers on the backing paper.

The ND6x12 & ND6x17 film backs are interchangeable

The camera backs are interchangeable and can be changed over by undoing 4 screws.

Super lightweight

The ND 6x12 camera with 90mm lens weighs only 993 grams.

Focusing Screen

A focusing screen is supplied with the camera so you can set up your own lens on the camera. The screen attaches with magnets.

The ND6x12 is supplied as a body only with the helical focusing mount, adjustable phone clip and a focusing screen for setting up your lens. It can also be supplied with a lens fitted.

Protective Lens Cover

This cover allows you to dispense with the lens cap, this has the advantage of avoiding taking a shot with the lens cap still in place!
